Prom Coast Centres for Children need volunteers

PROM Coast Centres for Children is a not-for-profit, community based incorporated association that operates 3 & 4-year-old kindergarten services in Fish Creek, Foster, Toora and Welshpool as well as long day care in Foster.

PCCC focuses on delivering high quality, safe and accessible early childhood services that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of our children, families and communities. We believe in the community connection of children, families, staff and volunteers, and that the community has a lot to offer by getting involved in the planning, management and delivery of our services.

Our volunteer Committee on Management is made up of local parents and professionals. It supports PCCC’s paid management team, contributes towards our strategic plan, and works towards the delivery of safe, affordable, quality education and care of our Prom Coast children.

We are looking for passionate people who care about the future of education and care services in our region. A history in childcare / early years education is not a requirement, nor is a history in business management. What we value is the ability to think strategically and make decisions which are in the best interest of our children.

We encourage people of any gender, age, or cultural background to apply, noting that you do not need to have a child or family member enrolled with us to be on the Committee.

If you would like more information, please contact our Executive Support Officer Marilyn Heggie via email [email protected] or phone 5683 9800.
