Yoga classes for men and women

For women

Mondays from 10 – 11.15 am at the Masonic Hall, Foster

Wednesdays from 5 – 6.30 pm at the Foster Community Health Centre, 87 Station Road, Foster

Cost:  $10 and $17 per session respectively

For men

Wednesdays from 7-8 pm at the Foster Community Health Centre, 87 Station Road, Foster

Cost:  $12 per session
