We are commencing a recruitment drive for January 2022. I have attached the poster we are sending to organisations, I wondered if you would be able to share this information among your youth groups? We would love to be able to engage local youths who would like to work outdoors & with children, have some customer service experience and be available Mon – Fri. Positions are casual and paid under the Hospitality Award at a rate of $28.08 (20+ yrs.), Term 1 for us is really busy so although the positions are casual there is consistent work throughout this period. Candidates will need to be available to commence a training course on the 10th January 2022.
We are keen to provide casual employment opportunities for candidates who may see a future in the outdoor industry, however a young person willing to learn and one who has a great attitude will see them succeed.
Our centre is located just outside Foster VIC on the Dollar-Woorarra West Road. In a perfect world we would love to speak to people with a passion for the Outdoors but will also be pleased to speak to people who have great customer service skills (or a willingness to learn). We offer full training, mentoring & support, learning, a great team and fun environment to work.
