The closest university to Foster is the Gippsland campus of Monash University in Churchill – about 1-1/4 hour’s drive.  The University offers Undergraduate courses – your first degree at university; Postgraduate courses –  further study for those who already have a university degree, and Alternative pathways – Associate Degrees, DoTS and options for non-recent school leavers

GippsTAFE

The Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE (GippsTAFE) boasts the highest standard of technical and vocational education in eastern Victoria.  With campuses in Leongatha, Morwell, Chadstone, Warragul and Yallourn, GippsTAFE offers a diverse suite of programs in the traditional classroom setting, as well as via e-learning and blended delivery methods.

Programs range from Certificate I and II through to the higher level Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications.

ECG is a not for profit community managed Registered Training Organisation provides an extensive range of education, training and employment related services to local communities, business and industry.

ECG provides programs and services throughout Gippsland and South East Melbourne with campuses at in Leongatha, Warragul, Traralgon, Morwell and Pakenham.
