South Gippsland Hospital functions as a 16 bed acute care facility and a Community Health Centre on the one site. The acute care facility provides medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency and palliative care services.
The Community Health Centre provides the following services: District Nursing, Planned Activity Group, Diabetes Nurse Educator, Podiatry, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Well Women’s Clinic, Asthma Educator, Maternal and Child Health Nurse, Drug and Alcohol Counsellor and a variety of support groups eg Arthritis, Thyroid and Heart Health.
