Each year South Gippsland Indoor Bias Bowls Association (SGIBBA) has a sponsorship Tournament, this year’s tournament is on Sunday, 8th of July at Dumbalk Hall.
This year we welcome a new sponsor namely Mirboo North & District Community Bank, who have offered to sponsor us for 3 years for our prize money and the printing of our score cards.
Mirboo North & District Community Bank Tournament will be a busy day. In past years we have had up to 20 teams of 4, with 2 fills, one commencing at 9.30 am the other at 11.30 am. There are entries from far and wide; Drouin to Traralgon and of Course Dumbalk, Mardan, Korumburra, Buffalo, Foster and Fish Creek which make up SGIBBA.
We provide warm hearty soup for lunch ( BYO sandwiches ) and we offer a tasty afternoon tea. It is an enjoyable day, not only are there prizes for the Winning teams and runners up but there are raffle prizes as well from Mitre 10 and other sponsors.
