Last week the government announced a further 6 community consultation sessions at ‘interesting’ locations, as most are not under a licence or even close to one. The Foster Community Association thinks, however, that it would be worthwhile for people who have concerns about the industry to have a presence at Gippsland’s only consultation session.

This may be our last opportunity let the government know that we have concerns about an unconventional gas industry in Gippsland and that more than 90% of people surveyed do not want toxic gas fields here.
