This telephone and online help service is available to young people aged between 5 and 18, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Counselling is available via telephone, email or web. Counsellors are also able to refer you to other services in your area. Kids Help Line listens to your concerns and helps you come up with possible solutions.
