Prom Coast Film Society

2017 was another great year for cinema and the Prom Coast Film Society, with numbers remaining consistently high throughout the year. The Committee would like to thank all our members including those intrepid members who braved cold and blustery winter screenings.

To round off the 2017 season the Film Society screened a Taika Waititi New Zealand double feature, ‘Hunt for the Wilderpeople’ and the vampire mockumentary ‘What we do in the Shaddows’. Both were very funny and well received. Hunt for the Wilder people scored a solid 4.6, making it the most popular film of our 2017 season.

For our eighth film society season, 2018 holds many delights in store for members. Yet again the Committee has left no stone unturned in their search for a top program. Here’s a glimpse of the program for 2018.
