In May 1995, the company signed a contract with the Commonwealth Department of Employment to sponsor 25 long term unemployed clients in Moe, focusing on practical placements for long term unemployed people with small business operators. These 25 quickly grew to 500 under the New Work Opportunity Program in which 60% of participants achieved full time work, and so the company began an excellent on going relationship with Government, Employers and Jobseekers the Gippsland area. After three successful Job Network Contracts Employment Innovations Victoria has be come a integral part of employment services in Gippsland.

Today the company is a provider of Job Services Australia and has grown to be the largest private provider of employment services in the Gippsland area responsible for delivering a wide range of government initiatives and running various community activities.
