 This clinic offers ongoing education and support for people with Diabetes and/or their partners and carers.  We provide National Diabetes Supply Scheme (NDSS) supplies; blood glucose meter equipment, checks and sales; supply of Diabetes related equipment such as insulin pens, self injectors, etc.

Thursdays and every second Friday by appointment.

An outreach clinic operates from the Welshpool Rural Transaction Centre on the last Friday of the month between 11 am and 3 pm.
