A 27-YEAR-OLD Foster man was charged on Sunday with burglary and criminal damage.
The charges relate to an incident which occurred in Foster late on Saturday or in the early hours of Sunday morning, in which around $3,000 worth of damage was caused to a house in the final stages of construction.
Police from Wonthaggi Criminal Investigation Unit and Foster investigated the matter and laid the charges.
