Lock The Gate Gippsland will be hosting the first official screening of Bimblebox in rural Victoria (at Leongatha) after it hits the Melbourne International Film Festival.
The night will be held at the Dakers Centre in Leongatha on the evening of September 11th. More info coming soon
Along with the film screening Associate Producer Ellie Smith will be attending the night to give some background. Ellie has been involved in the fight to halt coal expansion in Queensland for four years and has worked to protect Bimblebox Nature Refuge since visiting the site in 2008.
