Looking for property to hold 500 pax festival over summer

We’re looking for a location to organise a 500 person 3 day live music and arts festival over summer (2017/2018), ideally in February

Everything will be organised professionally and legally with council permits and Vic Pol & CFA approval, with good payment offered in return for use of the property
