2:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: Dakers Centre | Category: Public forum
The sessions are designed to provide regional communities with information about how exploration and mining is regulated, how the environment is protected and what landholders’ rights are.
Representatives of DPI, the Environment Protection Authority and rural water agencies will be on hand to explain how Victoria’s regulatory regime operates.
We are encouraged to come along and ask questions about the regulation of exploration and mining in Victoria.
The events will be run as ‘drop in’ sessions where people can come at a time that is convenient to them and talk directly with representatives of the agencies at a number of different booths.
Details of the sessions are provided below. For more information contact 136 186 or visit Earth Resources.
