Nestled in a magical pocket of Gippsland, just 2.5 hours drive southeast of Melbourne, lies the spectacular Grand Strzelecki Track (GST), poised to become one of Victoria’s premier hiking, bushwalking and camping adventure destinations.
With the completion of 16km of new tracks, the total Grand Strzelecki now covers in excess of 100km of walking and hiking tracks.
The long distance track stretches from Morwell National Park to Tarra-Bulga National Park and Balook in a 3 or 4 day hike. Divided into segments, the GST can also be walked in shorter sections, ideal for 1 or 2 day hikes.
